Description

SCR Emulator V4 NOx is one of the newest versions of SCR emulators. This device is developed to override original SCR systems and NOx sensors on trucks with EURO 4/5/6 environment standards. As you know few latest generations of trucks use DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) liquid to reduce exhaust pollution on diesel trucks. These standards are necessary while you use your truck in EU countries, but if you use your truck outside EU in countries where EURO standards are not required you can save a lot of money by running your truck without expensive liquids like AdBlue or similar. SCR Emulator V4 NOx allows you to completely stop consumption of those DEF liquids and there will be no side effects at all, you will not lose engine power and torque, there will be no additional exhaust smoke and gearbox will not jump into limp mode. This tool doesn’t interfere with other vehicle systems as it works (emulates) as original SCR module, it sends necessary data through CAN (controller area network) to other electronic modules, it even clears all OBD (onboard diagnostics) DTC’s (data trouble codes) after installation and keeps your truck running even if your original SCR system is completely damaged and irreparable. SCR Emulator V4 NOx is designed to be compatible with trucks made by DAF (all SCR versions including Grundfos), MAN, Iveco, Volvo (we recommend V3 version), Renault (we recommend V3 version). There is no need for special tools or any special knowledge to install this emulator on your truck, it’s easy to install and setup, usually it takes from 5 to 10 minutes. All necessary manuals and instructions will be provided to you right after purchase. Some trucks require the additional setup of emulator for 100% installation success so it is recommended to provide VIN (vehicle identification number) on purchase we will program module to hold this number for complete compatibility with your truck.
